This is our second stay here. Exceptional location in downtown Tokyo's Ginza shopping district close to transport especially Yurakucho station on the Yamanote line (about less than 5 minutes walk away). Easy to get to from Tokyo's Haneda Airport via Tokyo Monorail from airport to terminus at Hamamatsucho station where then change trains at this station to the Yamanote line. Warm, friendly staff. Ms Misako Murahashi-san was engaging and also particularly helpful in suggesting local great coffee recommendations at nearby locations and though pricey managed our expectations accordingly. Credit also to the housekeeping cleaning maintenance staff who maintained our room in immaculate condition and in tip-top operating order. Two noticeable downsides are firstly lack of a smart tv (no access to Netflix, YouTube and/or other online streaming services for entertainment. Thoughtful investment should be considered to TV's in the rooms that are due for an upgrade and/or replacement); and secondly, absence of self service/serve laundry facilities provided for hotel guests

Its truly a gem! We stayed first 3 nights in bunker room 4 of us and it was a good fit! the rooms are beautiful and well organized! then we came back 6 nights in two dobble rooms next to each other that were fantastic as well! We had been traveling around Japan for 10 days and to come back that hotel was such a dream! The lounge was a big bonus in the end of big walking and sightseeing days! We were exhausted after some days and to just sit down with a glass of wine and the kids had free ramen! The bar next door is also good change! The staff were amazing, helped us with everything and the cleaning was a 100% The calm atmosphere is in Tokyo necessary and for me its well worth the price tag! Food might be difficult overall in ginza we found out but let the hotel help u❤️ We at least hope to be able to come again!!

As advertised, you get a room decked out in beautiful MUJI products which you can experience and even consider purchasing yourself from the connecting MUJI Ginza Flagship Store if it interests you. Some room layouts are oddly long and narrow, albeit cozy in a sense. The location is fairly close to a couple of stations (which makes getting around not too much of a hassle) and various stores (for food & shopping purposes). All the staff (from reception to housekeeping) were very friendly throughout my stay, and extra accommodating even when I had to resort to a middle of the night check-in. The breakfast spread was delightful, although not an overly huge buffet it still provided a variety of delicious foods and beverages to satisfy anybody's breakfast needs.

We had an unforgettable 4-night stay at Muji Hotel Ginza. I now understand why it's so difficult to book this hotel. I made my booking back in September 2024 (4 months ago), I now wish to book again for my next stay but it's already full, too bad. I'll try my luck. I liked the location, the staff at the reception, the staff that cleaned our room, the staff at the restaurant, the food quality the atmosphere, the laundry and most of all the cleanliness of the room. We had a very quiet room with a high ceiling and the bed was so comfy. I fell asleep in a few seconds. The staff were very responsive and helped us in many ways during our stay. Thank you very much.

Beautiful hotel, well-located in Ginza. Room was small but made efficient use of space - we had enough room to unpack clothes for an 8-day stay and stow away luggage out of sight. Gorgeous design/aesthetic. Bed was firm but comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, which was delicious. Loved the complimentary snacks/drinks every evening!! Such a nice touch. Hotel staff were beyond helpful - assisted us with onsen reservations, and even retrieving my husband's lost phone from a cab and offering to ship it back to us in the U.S. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality.
